Education for the Children's (EFTC) School of Hope in Jocotenango has outgrown their sanitation and water systems. The 500 students include a handicapped youth needing bathroom access. Our plan is to upgrade the sanitation system to avoid sewage backups into the school and kitchen, increase the water storage and treatment to ensure potable water is readily available, use rainwater capture for non potable needs and provide a dignified bathroom experience for the handicapped students. Hygiene training will be provided to students, kitchen staff and maintenance training to the operations staff. GGGG2010488 Submitted June 2020.
